An easy recipe for a traditional pot roast. Using a fullblood wagyu chuck roast form Holy Wagyu transform your traditional roast into something special!

Ingredients

3-4 lb Kosher Fullblood Wagyu Chuck Roast
1 cup chopped carrots
½ cup diced onions
1 cup chopped celery
1 can crushed tomatoes
3 -4 garlic cloves crushed
1 cup low sodium stock
½ cup of your favorite red wine

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 300 F
Sear Wagyu chuck roast on all side so nicely browned
Set aside wagyu chuck roast
Sautee carrots, onions & celery for 10 minutes until translucent
Add garlic and sautee for another 5 minutes
Add crushed tomatoes and red wine
Bring to simmer and add wagyu chuck roast
Cover and place in the oven
Cook for 4-5 hours or until meat pulls apart with a fork
Enjoy!
