Ingredients
-
3-4 lb Kosher Fullblood Wagyu Chuck Roast
-
1 cup chopped carrots
-
½ cup diced onions
-
1 cup chopped celery
-
1 can crushed tomatoes
-
3 -4 garlic cloves crushed
-
1 cup low sodium stock
-
½ cup of your favorite red wine
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 300 F
Sear Wagyu chuck roast on all side so nicely browned
Set aside wagyu chuck roast
Sautee carrots, onions & celery for 10 minutes until translucent
Add garlic and sautee for another 5 minutes
Add crushed tomatoes and red wine
Bring to simmer and add wagyu chuck roast
Cover and place in the oven
Cook for 4-5 hours or until meat pulls apart with a fork
Enjoy!
