Ingredients

1 lb of Chilean Sea Bass
2 tablespoons of miso paste
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 tablespoon of mirin
1 tablespoon of soy sauce (low sodium)
¼ cup of warm water
¼ cup of seltzer
Salt
Pepper
OPTIONAL - 1 tablespoon chopped ginger
Miso Marinade
Directions
Mix together marinade ingredients until you have a nice liquid consistency
Pour over chilean sea bass
Marinade for a minimum of 20 minutes and up to 24 hours
Pre-Heat oven or grill to 500 F
Roast or grill for 25 minutes on a metal or cast iron plate

Recipe Note
You should be able to use a fork to break apart the sea bass with no resistance whatsoever once it is done.
It’s very hard to over cook sea bass so you can cook it for 30-35 min if the tenderness in not yet there.
