- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 fresh squeezed lime
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine WeloveyouKBBQ Gochujang Chili Sauce, sesame oil, mirin, and the juice of 1 fresh lime. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
Add Saraโs Spring Chicken Chicken Wings to the marinade. Toss until the wings are well-coated.Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, allowing the flavors to meld.
Preheat the Traeger smoker to 225ยฐF. This temperature is ideal for smoking chicken wings as it allows the meat to cook slowly, absorbing the smoky flavors without drying out.
