Ingredients

1 Lb Kosher Fullblood Wagyu Pepper Steak
1 sliced red or green pepper
½ sliced onion
1 can of broth (10-12oz)
2 minced garlic cloves
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoon corn starch
⅓ cup cold water
2 sliced carrots
Cooked Rice
Directions
Season pepper steak
Sautee pepper steak in EVOO until brown
Add broth and garlic and simmer for 20-25 minutes
Add veggies and simmer for another 5-10 minutes
Mix corn starch, water and soy sauce
Pour into meat mixture mixing until thickened
Add any extra veggies and simmer until heated
Serve over rice

A delicious change from Shabbat chicken when time was limited. The aroma and the taste are soooo yummy! Try it and you’ll no doubt enjoy. I added broccoli and eggplant to enhance the veggies- a colorful and delicious meal.
