Collard Greens & Wagyu

Ingredients
-
1 pack fullblood wagyu sausages
-
1 lb fresh collard greens
-
½ chopped onion
-
1 minced garlic clove
-
1 tsp crushed red pepper
-
14 oz low sodium broth
-
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
-
2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Wash collard greens and cut into strips
Cut sausages into bite size pieces, keeping the casings on
Heat pan and add olive oil
Sautee sausage, onions, garlic and crushed pepper. Stirring until onions are translucent
Stir in broth and add collard greens.
Lower heat and simmer for 20-25 mins or until greens are tender.
Stir in vinegar and cook for an additional 5 minutes
Enjoy!
