Wagyu Beef Satay Skewers


Ingredients
1/4 cup of We Love You Soy & Garlic Sauce
1/4 cup of We Love You Gochujang Chili Sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 lb Kosher Fullblood Wagyu Pepper Steak
Steps
1) Mix We Love You Sauces with garlic & sesame oil
2) Cover Kosher Fullblood Wagyu Pepper Steak with mixture
3) Marinate 1-24 hours in the refrigerator
4) Heat grill or pan to highest possible heat
5) Place Wagyu Pepper Steak strips on a skewer
6) Sear for 3 minutes on each side
7) Rest for 5 minutes and enjoy!

A quick and easy way to prepare a weeknight wagyu meal for the entire family!

1 pack kosher fullblood wagyu pepper steak

¼ cup of WELOVEYOU bulgogi sauce

¼ cup WELOVEYOU gochujang sauce

2 garlic cloves minced

1 teaspoon mirin
Directions
Mix We Love You Sauces with garlic, mirin & sesame oil
Cover wagyu pepper steak with mixture
Marinate for 1 - 24 hours in fridge
Heat grill or pan to highest possible heat
Thread wagyu pepper steak on a skewer
Sear 3 minutes on each side
Rest for 5 minutes
Enjoy!
