1/4 cup of We Love You Soy & Garlic Sauce

1/4 cup of We Love You Gochujang Chili Sauce

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 lb Kosher Fullblood Wagyu Pepper Steak


1) Mix We Love You Sauces with garlic & sesame oil

2) Cover Kosher Fullblood Wagyu Pepper Steak with mixture

3) Marinate 1-24 hours in the refrigerator

4) Heat grill or pan to highest possible heat

5) Place Wagyu Pepper Steak strips on a skewer

6) Sear for 3 minutes on each side

7) Rest for 5 minutes and enjoy!
