Put me on a lie detector test this is the BEST meat I’ve ever had in my entire life. Yosef was so patient with me when I was making my order and wanted to make sure that everything was perfect. He helped me choose the perfect steaks and burgers as well as the right salt and condiment pairings to go with it. He even made sure to send me detailed instructions on how to cook/prepare these meats, I think we spent an hour on the phone together. After all was said and done, this was the best steak and burgers I have ever had in my life. There is no restaurant that can come close to the steak that I got from Chus and made at home and STILL came out cheaper than going out to some fancy restaurant outing for a subpar steak and an expensive bill. Thank you Yosef!

I ordered some Wagyu fat to mix with my deer venison, which came through express post. Due to messaging mix up it sat on my porch overnight and spoiled. They refunded without having to do so. I will be ordering from them again as they stand behind product

So I recently heard all about Chu’s Meat Market and had to give it a try for myself. Everyone always hyped up wagyu beef and I needed to understand where this hype stemmed from. Upon entering the store, I was helped immediately and every cut of meat was thoroughly explained by the owner and he was patient throughout. I asked a ton of questions and he answered every single one and explained everything clearly. I purchased a ton of variety from the selection of meat which included ribeyes, tomahawks, denvers, skirts, and even picanha cuts. Each cut of meat had and intense amount of fat marbling and looked like something you only see on TV. I had cooked all of them medium rare and exactly how I like it and it absolutely blew me away. Not only were these steaks juicy but they completely melted in my mouth like butter and I could barely stay standing from how tasty it was. It was like nothing I’ve ever eaten before. The best part of all of this is that they also take kosher VERY seriously. They follow all the laws and guidelines, so you can enjoy their wagyu beef with complete confidence. The service was top-notch too. The owner is beyond friendly and knows his stuff well. He helped me choose the right cut and gave me countless tips on how to cook it perfectly. The meat may be a bit pricey, but trust me, it's worth every cent. You're paying for exceptional quality and taste. You really can't beat that especially if you’re a true meat lover. The most incredible kosher products that I’ve ever seen, all in one shop! Everything at Chu’s is beautifully curated, from the spice rubs and sauces, to the olive wood boards and utensils. Obviously, the kosher wagyu is a meat lovers dream. My personal favorite are the wagyu sausages-made the most delicious bolognese sauce with them! I highly recommend visiting ASAP.
