Cooking Tips
Treat this like a ribeye. Season with salt and pepper, then sear in a hot cast iron pan for 3 minutes per side. Finish in a 375°F oven until 125°F internal. Rest for 5 minutes. The chuck eye's slightly more varied texture means it benefits from a slightly lower final temperature than a traditional ribeye.
