Merguez Sausage is spiced with sweet paprika and garlic. Our artisanal sausages are coarsely ground with whole spices to showcase the complexity of flavors and texture in each bite. Sausages are naturally-cured and fully cooked. Ingredients: Beef, Water, Salt, Mustard, Paprika, Spices & Flavorings, Dark Brown Sugar, Celery Powder, Whitei Pepper, Cherry Powder, Coriander, Mace, Black Pepper, Baking Soda, Smoke Flavor, Ascorbic Acid, Red Pepper. No nitrates or nitrites added except those naturally occurring in celery.
