BASTIDE DU LAVAL - Pepper

Culinary preparation based on olives, red peppers and AOP Espelette pepper. Manufacturing secret: olives and red peppers are ground and extracted together. The Espelette AOP pepper is then infused directly into the oil. This finishing oil will go wonderfully with you starchy foods (pasta, potatoes), vegetables, fish and shellfish, red meats and poultry, cheeses.
