2 Lbs of Wagyu Ground Beef
¼ cup chopped chives
¼ cup chopped parsley
¼ cup chopped dill
1 ½ cup mayo
¼ cup lemon juice
Beef Bacon or Beef Fry
Blake Hill Farm Tomato Jam
Divide the meat into 4 even portions.
Shape each portion into a disc shape.
Make a small dimple in the center of each patty fo even cooking.
Season both sides with salt, we prefer to skip the pepper
Cover and set aside until you’re ready to cook.
Finely chop the fresh herbs.
In a blender, combine the herbs, avocado, mayo and lemon juice.
Blend until smooth.
Season to taste, then blend again.
Heat pan or grill to high heat.
Sear each patty for 305 minutes on each side or until they reach your preferred internal temp.
Using the pan with the leftover wagyu fat sear the strips on each side until golden brown and set aside.
Start with the bottom half of the bun.
Layer with tomato jam, lettuce, a cooked patty and some crispy beef fry / facon.
Generously drizzle the avocado ranch over the top.
Complete with the top half of the bun and enjoy!
