Ingredients

1/4 cup of We Love You Gochujang Chili Sauce

1/4 cup of low sodium soy sauce

3 garlic clove, minced

2 tablespoon minced ginger

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 lb Kosher Fullblood Wagyu Ground Beef

1 pack gyoza wrappers

1 bunch chives

Steps

1) Fill pot with water and bring to a simmer

2) Mix Gochujang, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and sesame oil into the ground beef

3) Stuff gyoza wrappers with Wagyu mixture

4) Dip your finger in warm water and brush along the edge of the wrapper

5) Press & pinch along the edges to close the wrapper

5) Place the gyoza in your steamer

6) Steam for 8-12 minutes 

9) Enjoy!
