Authentic Wagyu gyoza in the comfort of your own home! The pairing of the Wagyu Beef with the umami flavors of soy, sesame, ginger and garlic create an authentic flavor bomb that will have you wanting more and more.
Ingredients

1 pack gyoza wrappers
-
1 bunch chives
Gyoza Filling
-
1 lb Kosher Fullblood Wagyu Ground Beef
-
¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
-
3 minced garlic cloves
-
2 tablespoon minced ginger
-
1-2 tablspoons seasme oil
Directions
Fill pot with water and bring to a simmer
Mix Gochujang, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and sesame oil into the ground beef
Stuff gyoza wrappers with Wagyu mixture
Dip your finger in warm water and brush along the edge of the wrapper
Press & pinch along the edges to close the wrapper
Place the gyoza in your steamer
Steam for 8-12 minutes
Enjoy!
