Our artisanal sausages are coarsely ground with whole spices to showcase the complexity of flavors and texture in each bite. Ingredients: Beef, Water, Salt, Spices & Flavorings, Paprika, Black Pepper, Celery Powder, Cherry Powder, Smoked Paprika, Red Pepper. No nitrates or nitrites added except those naturally occurring in celery.
