The King of Kosher Beef

We stand behind what we sell. If something isn't right, we want to know about it.

Our return window is 7 days. You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After that window closes, we aren't able to accept return requests.

To be eligible, the item needs to be in the same condition you received it: unopened, unused, with original tags and packaging intact. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

One important rule for meat orders: there are absolutely no returns on frozen meat products. The one exception to this is our Best Burger Guarantee. If your burgers don't deliver, that's a different conversation.

To start a return, reach out to us at info@chusmeatmarket.com. Do not send anything back before contacting us first. Items returned without prior authorization won't be accepted. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions on where to send it.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Open your order when it arrives and check it over. If something is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us right away at info@chusmeatmarket.com. We'll look into it and make it right.

What We Can't Accept Returns On

  • Frozen meat products (see Best Burger Guarantee exception above)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's been approved. If it goes through, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a few additional days to post it on their end.

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it, contact us at info@chusmeatmarket.com.
