Glatt Kosher, Sealed at the Source

We get this question a lot, so here's the simple answer.

Every product we sell is processed and packaged off-site at certified kosher facilities under proper rabbinic supervision. Because we don't do any food processing or handling in our store, we aren't required to carry an on-site certificate or mashgiach — it's the same idea as picking up an Empire chicken at Trader Joe's or a kosher brisket at Costco. The certification comes from where the product is processed, not where you buy it.
