Chipotle Maple Aioli
Using our personal favorite for Blake Hill Preserves with sweet & spicy aioli is perfect for fish or burgers....Wagyu burgers!
MAIN INGREDIENTS
- Blake Hill Chipotle Maple Jam
- ¼ cup of Citron EVOO
- ½ tablespoon Chu’s Dijon Mustard
- 1 large egg yolk
- 2 tsp fresh lime
DIRECTIONS
- Whisk together chipotle maple jam, egg yolk, fresh lime and dijon mustard.
- Slowly add in Citron EVOO while continuing to whisk.
- Add salt & pepper to taste.
- Enjoy
