Ingredients

Rack of Lamb
-
Greek Freak Blend
-
3 cloves of garlic
-
3 springs of rosemary
Directions
Set sous vide to 140 F
Generously season rack of lamb with greek freak
Place rack of lamb in vacuum seal bag
Add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, garlic and rosemary to bag
Seal bag using vacuum sealer
Cook sous vide for 2 hours
Remove rack of lamb and pat dry
Sear for 2 minutes on all sides
Slice between the bones
Enjoy!
