Ingredients

1 Lb Wild Mahi Mahi

ยฝ Cup of Shio Koji - ask us about it!

1 whole lime squeezed

ยฝ tablespoon of cumin
-
ยฝ tablespoon of chipotle powder
-
ยฝ tablespoon of chili powder
-
ยผ cup chopped cilantro
-
4 small flour tortillas
-
Chuโs Small Batch Salsas
Directions
Combine shio koji with lime juice and dry spices
Stir vigorously then add cilantro
Marinade mahi for a minimum of 30 minutes up to 24 hours
Grill mahi over medium heat for 6 minutes on each side.
Remove from grill and place over warm flour tortillas.
Top with your favorite Chuโs Small Batch Salsa
