½ Cup of Shio Koji - ask us about it!
1 whole lime squeezed
½ tablespoon of cumin
½ tablespoon of chipotle powder
½ tablespoon of chili powder
¼ cup chopped cilantro
4 small flour tortillas
Chu’s Small Batch Salsas
Directions
Combine shio koji with lime juice and dry spices
Stir vigorously then add cilantro
Marinade mahi for a minimum of 30 minutes up to 24 hours
Grill mahi over medium heat for 6 minutes on each side.
Remove from grill and place over warm flour tortillas.
Top with your favorite Chu’s Small Batch Salsa
