Combine coconut milk, lime juice, one heart Jamaican curry blend & seltzer
Add salt to taste
Add & submerge Sara’s Spring Chicken - Chicken Breasts
Marinate for 24 hours
Preheat grill to med/high heat
Grill for 8-10 minutes on each side until 170 F
Slice & serve over cilantro lime coconut rice.

Cilantro Lime Coconut Rice Recipe
1 cup white jasmine rice
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup coconut milk
1 lime
1 punch chopped cilantro
salt to taste
Cook rice via your normal method except sub 50% of the cooking water with coconut milk.
Once done cooking place rice in a bowl and mix in remaining coconut milk, lime and salt to taste.
Cover and seal tightly with saran wrap.
Wait 15 minutes until liquid is absorbed into rice and add cilantro.
