When we lived in London, we made frequent trips to the local Middle-Eastern market to purchase their big, juicy Medjool dates. This chutney takes us right back to these trips.

We love this chutney with a wedge of aged Cheddar, simmered into a glaze for barbecued chicken, or tossed with roasted root vegetables.
