Kielbasa is a Polish-style sausage that is a bit sweet, with hints of thyme and allspice. Our artisanal sausages are coarsely ground with whole spices to showcase the complexity of flavors and texture in each bite. Sausages are naturally-cured and fully cooked. Ingredients: Beef, Water, Salt, Mustard, Spices & Flavorings, Dark Brown Sugar, Celery Powder, White Pepper, Cherry Powder, Marjoram, Mace, Black Pepper, Smoke Flavor, Red Pepper. No nitrates or nitrites added except those naturally occurring in celery.
