Ben's Best Sweet Coppa is made from a lean muscle of beef, carefully cured in a mixture of salt, sugar and black pepper. It is then cured for its proper period. At this point they coat the meat with their special Sweet Coppa seasoning then hang it to dry to achieve its ideal texture.
